The context

What needed
to work.

A towing-site visit often begins on a phone under time pressure. The page needs to answer three questions quickly: do you cover this area, can you handle this vehicle, and how do I reach dispatch?

Mont Rapido’s site puts service coverage, equipment, and direct contact in that order. The experience stays simple because the situation around it usually is not.

My contribution

I designed and built the mobile-first Next.js site, service content, location context, and contact flows for the Montréal towing business.

The key workflows, up close.

01Service fit

Answer what the team can do before the call.

Service descriptions help visitors identify the kind of assistance they need. Vehicle and recovery context make the request more useful before dispatch picks up.

The thinking behind it

Clear language and repeated phone actions keep the journey focused on getting help.

02Proof of capability

Show the equipment behind the service.

Equipment imagery gives customers something concrete to evaluate. It supports the service claims where visitors are deciding whether to call.

The thinking behind it

The proof belongs near the decision, rather than being hidden in a separate company page.

03The next action

Make reaching dispatch straightforward.

Coverage context and direct contact points remain part of the service journey. Visitors do not need to explore the whole site to find the phone action.

The thinking behind it

The responsive layout, touch targets, and page weight were designed around a visitor using a phone in an urgent situation.

A light first screen

The first view prioritises service clarity and contact over a JavaScript-heavy introduction.

Local context in the journey

Service coverage and map context help the visitor decide whether the business is relevant without visiting a separate contact page.

Locale-aware delivery

French and English routes share components while retaining their own content and metadata.
